Powerwasher and Consumer Culture are bands from Baltimore. You can get each of their sides from their respective bandcamps. Released through Sad Cactus records. You might still be able to get a physical copy here but who knows. Both bands also appear on PINCH (a compilation I facilitated/produced that was released the same year).
